Here's what I bring to the table: Most new SysAdmins stop at GUI tools. Most junior devs never check logs. I do both. I might be early in my career, but I speak firewall rules and Python ~ and I'm improving daily.
I don't half-done things. If I build or fix it, I document it right ~ no tribal knowledge, no Slack graveyards. The result? Systems that actually make sense, and docs that won't rot in a PDF tomb.
